Chemical service times vary based on the complexity of your hair, its history, and the result we are working toward together. We encourage clients receiving these services to come without strict time constraints. Your stylist will give you the most up-to-date timing estimate at your appointment, but cannot guarantee a specific end time.

- Drop off at least 72 hours before your appointment when prep or customization is needed.
- Late drop-off may result in adjusted service or rescheduling.
- Final results depend on the wig's quality, density, lace type, and prior processing.
This total reflects the full agreed appointment cost, including all preparation, customization, chemical processing, styling, installation, finishing work, and related services discussed during consultation unless otherwise stated.
01 — Deposits
Required for all services over $50. Applied toward your total at checkout.

Cancel via call or text to (951) 653-4477. Third-party app cancellations do not protect your deposit.
02 — Late Arrivals

03 — Corrections & Refunds
- Before you leave: Raise concerns at checkout for immediate adjustments.
- Within 48 hours: Send a photo to (951) 653-4477. We will schedule a correction appointment.
- After 48 hours: Refund eligibility is significantly limited.
- Refunds: Reviewed and approved by ownership only. Issued via Zelle. Hair costs are never refunded.
04 — Hair & Materials
- Client-provided hair and wigs are used at stylist's discretion. Results cannot be guaranteed for hair we did not source.
- Wig installs require 72-hour advance drop-off. Hair is non-refundable once service has begun.
- Liability is limited to the cost of service provided, minus materials used. These terms do not limit your consumer rights under California law.
